I’ve never seen Napoleon Santos. The cancer center needs some upgrading, it’s dingy and could use paint and fleshing up. The ladies room in the lobby next to the elevator has severe water damage, the paint is buckling and peeling, it makes me wonder if there’s mold growing in the walls, great for sick cancer patients. The AC isn’t working and there are huge noisy giant floor units in the hallways. The staff will have hearing loss if this goes on much longer. Dr. Santos was not transparent about my mother’s true condition. He assured us she was strong enough for “red devil” chemotherapy and said her cancer hadn’t spread and she was still at stage 3. The very next day, my mother rapidly declined, and I learned from the floor doctor she was actually in palliative care and needed hospice. No one told us she was no longer being treated to cure the cancer, only to keep her comfortable. Have seen Dr. Santos for a few years now and he is phenomenal. Feel fortunate to be in his care. Thank you Dr. Santos and Lazaro.
