I can’t believe these reviews. This hotel is a stopover like for a few nights would be okay. We got a studio and was more or less clean. Must admit it was nice to be able to get our keys from the locker as we arrived at 11pm ish. We booked 6 nights. If you stayed less than 7 nights you had to pay to get towels replaced. No milk provided so could not have a quick hot drink before bed on first night. Good location to get everywhere. Wardrobe was dusty. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The rooms were big clean and had lots of useful facilities. We noticed that some people were complaining about the city noise or traffic noise but those people need to get a job, a life, some friends and a hotel outside of the city if they’re gonna whinge about general city noise while staying in the city. would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10

Incredibly bad service. Tried to cancel with 72 hours notice (3 days) due to a family death, and were told that the check in time does not matter and the one night cancellation fee applies regardless. Would not book here if it was the only place in Sidney.

Wouldn’t stay there if you paid me. It’s noisy and reception is very difficult to deal with and understand. They do not honour the terms on third party bookings either disgusting. Stay at any other hotel on kent st.

Great accommodation near railway. Close to Darling Harbour. Many eateries within walking distance. Would stay again.
