Very professional and straightforward. They came out, measured the windows and gave me an estimate. It did take a few weeks but it's because they are very busy at the moment. (It's the time of year most people buy windows.) Besides waiting to hear back from them they immediately had me a date set up following the estimate! Although they prefer to be paid in full right away they did let me do monthly payments. Which definitely helps with my budgeting. Had 2 guys come out and install the windows.
