I am glad I canceled my appointment with this doctor. The treatment I received from the Spanish lady answering the phone was unacceptable. I called to schedule an appointment for an earache and was initially given a date two weeks out. After expressing that this was not acceptable, the appointment was moved to one week later, which was still too long to wait. Beware of this doctor and the offices shady practices. My husband took off work to go to a scheduled appointment with this doctor and when he arrived the door was locked. Now we are receiving a bill for a no show fee. When I called to explain the situation to the office staff I was told that “the door couldn’t have been locked for that long and that the no show fee still applies.” I don’t know how this business operates when patients arrive and the office appears to be closed for the day then on top of that billing a no show... read more
