2 months ago, this woman made me believe I was getting sisterloks, but she gave me microlocs. She left most of my hair out, no grid, I had to pay someone else to fix what could be fixed. She did not give me a Sisterlock kit and wanted me to pay her $250 for the next retightening session after I confirmed with her that it was included. When she saw that I was not happy over the phone, she told me that it's ok to go to someone else. Who does that? She knew what she was doing.
