I purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner on 3/19/21 and it has been 11 weeks, yes ****** WEEKS and still no title. The finance manager refuses to return my calls. Do not take your vehicle to be repaired here. I had to go back four times after my car was damaged for them to fix other things the body shop group damaged in the process of “fixing” my car. They brought it out the first time with several new things damaged. They didn’t offer to go over what they did, but I insisted and found new scratches, a broken door, etc. No accountability, no care for the quality of their work. I wish I could give this place zero stars. My husband just bought his car last month and his car has had problem after problem. We contacted the dealer and spoke to sales and service management and they either ducked and dodged us and we left several messages trying to complain and they were either "busy" or not there at the time we called. Your money isn't good enough here. They had a vehicle that is extremely hard to come by. It all the features I wanted. I was pre-approved for the loan. I spoke with on Monday asking to take a deposit as I couldn't make the 8 hour trip until the coming weekend. They said no, this to me came off as my money isn't good enough for us and were gonna take whoever comes first. EVEN THOUGH you have already been pre-approved and just have to call the bank and sign the papers.
