I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I drove 40 minutes to this Lincoln dealership for service. Before making the trip, I called ahead and specifically asked if a loaner car would be available. I was clearly told **yes**, so I scheduled my visit and made the long drive based on that promise. When I arrived, they gave me a loaner vehicle and I left the dealership. Had my windshield wipers changed here had an appointment it took an hour and half. Used the wipers on 12/2/25 they were noisy and did not clean the glass. Reached out to the current parts manager. He responded promptly and ask how to rectify ask for a technician to be sent out to fix. Manager never responded called January 21 the manager was deflective.
