Crappy service before my service even starts! I pulled at 7:27am for my 7:30am service appointment. There’s 2 cars in lane 1 so I pull in lane 2. As time goes on more people pull up in lane 1. Once the doors open they immediately flock to everyone in lane 1 before me…no I’ll be right with you or anything. A service tech finally greets me around 7:37am.
