Came to look at a car I saw online. They didn't come off on the price at all, whatever, I wanted it. Once agreed on, it took 4 hours to even get paperwork done (My wife and I got there at 2pm and were still there when they closed). And, the paperwork had the wrong car on it (I caught before signing)!! Add to that the salesperson told me he contacted the previous owner and was getting the second key overnighted to me that weekend - I was very happy. purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GS in June 2016. According to the specifications printed by the Hyundai parent company and shown to the dealership, which we have a copy of, there were supposed to be alloy wheels standard on the auto. We were even charged $55 for, the alloy wheel lock bolts, but no alloy wheels. Been trying to have this corrected but have been getting nothing but a run around.
