STAY AWAY!!! 2021 I purchased 2 cars from this dealer. Brought the Palisade in for service and their tech dented my hood. In addition, the paint coating was defective and bubbling off. Feb 4th I took my Palisade in for them to fix. What a MISTAKE! 1st time look bad, 2nd time I was told they put the heater to close to car,3rd time I was told a lamp fell on it. Not sure where to start with this company. I contacted Napleton Northlake regarding an A/C issue where the A/C was making a loud clicking noise and going out intermittently on my Jeep, which was under factory warranty. I was told to bring it in on a scheduled date and they would look at it. Upon arrival, I was told that they couldn't look at it for a few days.
