Lost parts of my car. Very disappointed with the service department. All my services were done at this location, and no other mechanic touched my car. When I lifted the car for my first oil change, I discovered the oil access cover was never reinstalled after their last service. When I called the service manager, he blamed me for not reporting it sooner. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to crawl under my car to check their work. I will file a complaint with Mazda corporate and will not return to this dealership.
Pricey, but at least I found what I was looking for for my Mazda.
Excellent service, the guys quickly found the cause of my car's malfunction and returned it to me in excellent condition on the same day. Thank you.
Napleton Mazda of Libertyville is fantastic. Beautiful showroom with very nice employees. Salesman Riley and general manager Marty went above and beyond to help me I highly recommend napleton of Libertyville. I drove over 50 miles from Tinley Park to go to this dealer and it was well worth it.
