Cheyenne Black she is the best every time I go over there she takes care of everything that I asked for my van. She truly is a wonderful person so kind so caring always concern and willing to help and answer any questions you have for her
Made the mistake of trying to get service here. I made an appointment weeks in advance. Showed up early. I waited over 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. The service advisor brought up my file and immediately started asking me questions that I had answered on the appointment form online. To which the advisor, Alex, began making excuses that their online system doesn't give them all of the information from the appointment form. Which is not my problem. ONLY ONE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE: the courtesy shuttle driver. Vijay thank you for looking out for me and making sure I was picked up before you went home. It’s much appreciated As for the rest. Brutal. Never get the “free oil package” unless you have an entire day and a second car/person to take you for an entire round of golf. Or something that takes 4+ hours. I had an oil appointment for 12:15.
