Jamal White is always kind and consistently goes above and beyond for his customers. I always enjoy working with him and highly recommend that you look for him.
They told me wait for an oil change and tire rotation would be 2hrs (already pushing it for me) but the service took a little over 3 hours. It also cost $134. Won’t be coming back for sure.
Horrible experience. Scheduled a free oil change, arrived to a wait time of 3.5+ hours, so I rescheduled for five days later. Arrived and they evidently didn’t have us scheduled so we waited 2.5+ hours. Wasn’t even worth it in the end. Drove 30 minutes one way and wasted my day.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. They take over a week longer than estimated, never pick up the phone, say you need things that are unnecessary, and are horrible at communication. Avoid this place if you want good service.
