I stopped in today for a full inspection. I just want to say that Tyler Golden was extremely professional and considerate. He went out of his way to resolve a situation where there was initially a discrepancy and misunderstanding; he went above and beyond to resolve the situation and do right by the customer. My appointment for a simple oil change was at 11:30 they didn’t finish until 2:30. No car wash vacuum nothing. This isn’t the first but it will be our last. No need to keep showing me my time and business isn’t valuable. The disrespect of people time is a real spit in the face. It’s so simple if you’re backed up STOP SCHEDULING.
