They weren’t like this a few years ago, but lately their service seems slower and less professional. I had routine maintenance done less than three months ago, and they reported that everything passed inspection and was in good condition. However, just three months later, my car battery died and had to be replaced. On top of that, my tires appeared to be below 3/32”, yet their inspection report showed all tires at 8/32”. Based on these experiences, I no longer feel their inspections and service are reliable.

Jamal at the service center is really incredible and kind! He has been so helpful the two times I’ve serviced my vehicle here. I purchased my Hyundai in Danville- it was brand new but had been sitting on the lot for a year over there when I bought it. The service center in Danville wasn’t too friendly, so I figured I’d get it serviced in town since I’m from Champaign. The worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had for Mazda service. I just moved to this area and scheduled my first service appointment online with available time slots near 5 pm. I was told few minutes before my appointment that they can only do limited service as Mazda technician was off. The lady at check-in desk was super cold to us from the beginning, feels like we made her trouble. Everytime my fiancé and I have used this dealership for maintenance and repairs it has been awful. We wait hours upon hours for any work to actually get done if they're even willing to work. This last experience was the final straw. Scheduled to have the rear sway links and the shocks replaced a week in advance for 11:45am. Dealer did not rotate tires despite billing for it on the work order (for multiple services!) which is causing me to have to replace my front tires way too early.
