I called the VW service center 5 times just to be put on hold and hung up on 4 times. On the 5th call Instead of asking to be transferred to the department I needed I asked the service agent if he could contact them in my stead, he called around and faced the same results- there’s no one there to answer or make an appointments with… except there was. The last time I took my car there for an oil change, they forgot my car, forgot about me because the shuttle brought me home, when I called to find out about it, they had the shuttle come pick me up, gave me my car and insisted they were not going to charge me for inconvenience. When I first started going here service was not great, but over the last few months service has slowly improved. I hope it continues to trend in that direction.
