Called the service department, got a brief happy birthday song from someone, some laughing and then they hung up on me. Tried calling back, went to voicemail every time. Ridiculous
Its very very nice to know this is the only Toyota dealership in town and they will actively be okay with ripping you off. I had my vehicle serviced and had a thermostat replaced. They informed me my coolant was filled, my pressure test was completed and I had no leaks. Upon the next day, my car had ZERO coolant and the radiator was leaking. Napletons told me to my face the day before they had no leaks nothing wrong and ensured me my coolant was full. They then explained to me I was SOL and needed a new $1000 radiator. I use... read more
