Napleton Off Lease gets 3 stars only because of Customer Service manager Sharnae. I purchased a 2015 bmw x3, brought a trade-in (granted it had a rebuilt title) but was still in decent condition. I was offered $1500 from one dealer and $500 from another. The manager Daniel Lopez at first only gave me $100 for the vehicle!!! I said no you got to offer more than that. Avoid at all costs! The car that I was looking at had a check engine light on so I told the employee I wanted to do an inspection and they told me that I could bring a mechanic to inspect it. When I told them I would do that, he immediately said that if I brought someone to inspect the vehicle he could NOT guarantee the advertised priced on the car. You all as salesperson should Not be train to play games with ppl I request a credit app for the Srx for at least 2 weeks you all told me you couldn't send it. I needed to come 5 hours drive to see it 1st. All while keep have multiple of ppl everyday calling me to NOT send the credit app. I finally got Tiffany on the phone she sent the credit app on 3/18 in the evening. I’m unsure where the 5 star reviews are coming from, possibly the staff? I bought a car last August, for about $6500( the car was listed at $4600 online, the rest was various fees they charged). I got an extended warranty from them as well, the brochure they gave me was for one company, but the warranty was actual through a different company. The car recently broke down and the car needs a new engine, costing thousands of dollars, after only driving it 7 months and a couple thousand miles!
