Very deceiving experience. Priced the car low and tried to push some cleaning fee. Walked away!!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at this dealership. Brennan, our salesman, was extremely helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. It’s 1 star because I can’t give 0. I found a car online and went out for a test drive. When it came time to talk price they raised it $5,000 over what they listed online even after I pointed out the bumper scratches and flat tire. Then the salesman tried to convince me that it was better for me to finance versus buy it outright. Laughable. At least my kids got to see what a shyster looks like. The experience was so bad that I will never buy from any Napleton dealership ever.
