Amazing service!!! I really felt taken care of. I was notified throughout the entire process of what was going on with my car which was super helpful especially because I use my car for work purposes. Cesar was super helpful and answered all my questions. Very professional staff. I would recommend Cesar and his team to anyone that needs work done on their car!
This collision repair shop is outstanding . Having dealt with other shops in the past , I can tell you that this one is super efficient & they get the work done incredibly fast & the outcome is excellent . The manager in charge makes all calls & arrangements & keeps his promises . I had my front bumper replaced & painted to match pearl white color on my 2005 Toyota Solera Convertible. They did a great job on my 2017 Armada. The vehicle look great. As I was driving back, notified that one of the brake lights was not working. I returned back to the shop. Caesar and one of his guy discovered it was a bulb. They changed the bulb on the spot. Great people to do business with. Keep up the great customer service, guys. Very happy to have been referred to you guys. Thank you.
Jay the auto body shop technician is totally unprofessional, rude, and argumentative with customers in front of other potential customers. To top it off, he does not perform well in accomplishing auto body jobs and simply says “it cannot be fixed” and “we can’t make it new again” talking over you. With that attitude, poor outcomes will result and the prestigious dealership name can be affected severely.
