I brought my Genesis GV 70 2025 for an oil change and because I received a message that my tire pressures were inaccurate. Carlos one of the service manager greeted me at my car and I told him that I had an appointment for an oil change and tire pressures. He was kind, helpful, and took care of me quickly. Brought my vehicle in for a leaky tire. My service advisor Manuel Diaz was polite, friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Had a great experience with them. Carlos was fantastic, responded to my texts within minutes, and seemed to pull a hat trick with getting a replacement part in time to align with my business trip. I have lived in 9 different states and have dealt with all types of car service centers. This one is by far the best yet.
Came in for a recall and ran a diagnostic to find I had a total of four to address. They took great care of my car and send me a text update with updates as they found other items. I was able to accept or decline the additional services via text as well as over the phone. They went above and beyond and washed it as well.
