Dan was fantastic and helped me get a great deal on my new car. Without him I wouldn't have been able to drive out of there in a new car.
I had a very bad experience with this dealer. I bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox, and the check engine light came on the very next day. When I took it back, they didn’t repair or replace anything — they just reset the light. The problem returned the next day, and when I went back, they told me they couldn’t do anything. I lost both money and credit on this deal. Don’t trust this dealer for used vehicles.
Bought a used car from there and have had two huge maintenance problems with it less than five months after owning it. I called the dealership to complain both times. In the first instance they finally gave me a $500 rebate after weeks of complaining with no answer. When the second repair came around which was more than 2,000 they offered nothing. I understand the risks of buying a new car but to have two massive bills that fast after buying it is unacceptable. I will not go back to this dealership.
