New car new premium warranty with key service. Car was sold with 1 key so i called to arrange to have 2 keys ordered, but when i got to appointment they informed me they only ordered one. They made me sit for 45minutes to tell me to come back next week when they order the 2nd key. Complete waste of my time! I was told the key service would take an hour to program keys. I am always impressed by the service level provided at Napleton Buick/GMC. I sometimes am forced to use other dealers for service based on my schedule, but Napleton is by far the best in my opinion. At this most recent visit I asked the parts department about a touch up paint kit and the parts advisor told me he didn't have it in stock, but he already called another dealer down the street that was a Chevrolet dealer and they had it.
