Freddie at Crystal Lake Napleton GMC made buying a truck a painless experience. Simply put, he wasn'ta jerk. Adding relief to an exhausting process of finding a pre-owned truck and hoping it wasn't beat to hell by someone else. Got a recall letter in the mail from Buick about the drivers side airbag. Called Napleton hoping they could help. Talked with Steve and he set up an appointment right away. Went right in and they took excellent care of the car. Only took about 45 minutes, had a nice waiting area and even washed my car when they were through! Excellent customer service :)

I don't usually leave reviews for any company that I deal with. But I was very impressed with the way that Ryan seem to really care about making sure I got a good deal and was available anytime I needed to talk to him. The whole dealership seem to have a different ambiance, I didn't feel the pressure I felt when I was in Normal dealerships. I've told a bunch of people about my experience there and will definitely be buying another vehicle from these folks
