Seasonal resident for 3 years. Wonderful community association of 3 7-story buildings with 6 units per floor (penthouse floors have 4 units) in Bay Forest. Bay Forest is an incredible master association of 17 community associations with lush landscaping, clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, incredible walking/biking trails thru the many associations, and a brand new boardwalk thru the mangroves with limited kayak storage and a small tiki hut at the end. There is always something going on here, the amount of natural walking space is really cool. The pier in the back is nice for fishing and many condos have pool access. ONLY those that are living or renting are permitted entry. Trespassing is illegal.
What's a beautiful area it's very close to Vanderbilt Beach have friends that live in here Brandeis and quiet great place two for retirees to retire very quiet very clean has boardwalks we can go to the boardwalk
It's a beautiful place off and about close to the beach nice atmosphere beautiful scenery
