Worse office. Every time I go in they want you to get a test for this for that and your not even there for that. I have a Thyroid condition have had for over 40 years. I get tested 1 time a year with previous doctors but here they want to test you every 3 mos. They will withhold my Thyroid medication constantly. I need my medication daily, it affects my daily life. Service absolutely ABYSMAL! I came for a PCR test that should only take 5 minutes to do a swab. I filled out the paperwork and was told to come back in 90 minutes. When I arrived back and waited another half hour, I asked how much longer. I was curtly told “I don’t know, maybe an hour”! I visited Naples urgent care on Wednesday. I was very impressed how things were run. They only let one person in at a time. They were professional and caring on how they treated the people who came in.The Physician I saw was very knowledgeable and caring to my condition. He gave me all the time I needed and listen to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is concerned about the Covid virus.

8:45 appointment lasted to 10:45 when I walked out never to return to this clinic! Reception staff arrogant and unprofessional. Stay away from this worthless group...
