Beautiful store ….smells amazing and not artificial and heavy . If you want to know about anything or everything you need to speak with Sue! She is absolutely incredible!!! Knowledgeable and not pushy at all . 10 out of 10
Sue is amazing! She really listens to you and is so knowledgeable. She isn’t pushy at all about what you should get and why. She is able to answer any questions. I was looking for a specific scent, turned out they don’t carry that scent but she guided me to one that is so close (and even better) than what I was looking for. If you like the smell of white tea, then you’ll love moonlight tide! Go in and ask for Sue! You will NOT be disappointed!
I contemplated writing this, as I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was heavy on my heart because no one deserves to be spoken to this way. This was my first time visiting Naples Soap Company, and while the store itself is beautiful, the experience was unacceptable. The manager was openly screaming at employees on the sales floor while I was shopping. It created an extremely uncomfortable environment, to the point where I no longer wanted to shop and left.
