Remarkable customer service! Was having issues trying to use a gift card online and decided to call the 5th Ave store location. The manager picked-up and was both extremely patient & very knowledgeable. Not only was she able to troubleshoot my issue and provide an actual solution, but signed-up me for their free rewards program. I can't wait for my order to arrive and I look forward to visiting the store once I'm able!
