Beth and Chloe were so helpful and informative. Can’t wait to finally try shampoo and conditioner bars.
Remarkable customer service! Was having issues trying to use a gift card online and decided to call the 5th Ave store location. The manager picked-up and was both extremely patient & very knowledgeable. Not only was she able to troubleshoot my issue and provide an actual solution, but signed-up me for their free rewards program. I can't wait for my order to arrive and I look forward to visiting the store once I'm able!
The ladies (Beth, Chloe, Caroline) at Naples Soap Company were so wonderful and helpful!! We came in to buy gifts and they wrapped them so beautifully for us and really took their time. Highly recommend visiting the store!!
