Very upset that I can no longer patronize this company because they have a real "take it or leave it" ZERO customer service attitude ~ they don't stand by their products and to top it all off, have some pretty snarky store employees who should have remained in retirement instead of re-entering the work force to "keep busy". I walked into the Punta Gorda store today with a 9 oz jar of body butter that wasn't even 1/2 way empty, that had turned so grossly rancid, I just could not use the remaining more than 1/2 jar.
