We had this company put on some hurricane protection in our absence. Upon return we find two of the windows have gaps at bottom and do NOT cover the windows. Two of the big windows. Measurements were short. They have been paid. We will work with them to attempt to get corrected and post again about the company's responsiveness. For now, I would say the verdict is not great. The shortest treatment with the largest gap is the one that broke during Ian so there are concerns.

Getting my shutters purchased and installed was a pleasure with Naples Shutters. Dawn in sales was very attentive knowledgeable and communicated promptly. The installer Favio and his (cousin) in particular were a pleasure. They were professional prompt and courteous. Thank you to all Rose DePaola
