I had the best experience with this company! Most importantly, the result is fabulous. The shutters were beautifully made, and look great in my condo. There is nothing cheap about them. And I was so impressed by the installer. He did a great job. I could not be happier!
We had this company put on some hurricane protection in our absence. Upon return we find two of the windows have gaps at bottom and do NOT cover the windows. Two of the big windows. Measurements were short. They have been paid. We will work with them to attempt to get corrected and post again about the company's responsiveness. For now, I would say the verdict is not great. The shortest treatment with the largest gap is the one that broke during Ian so there are concerns.
