Scheduled a new patient appointment and the nurse practitioner forgot me and asked what seems to be the problem. I could hear patient information while I sat in my room. HIPPA violations and unprofessional with poor precautions for sanitation. I think you’d have better care at urgent care. I would advise to avoid this private office.
Rachel is the best!!! I always have alot of anxiety but she made me feel very comfortable.
