I was a long time patient and had referred many people there over the years but it seems like they just have too many patients to provide actual care. The office staff is rude and terrible to work with. If you need a referral, good luck. They checked me in for my appointment and left me sit in the waiting room for 90 minutes before telling me the Dr doesn't work on Thursdays. So why was my appointment scheduled for then? Scheduled a new patient appointment and the nurse practitioner forgot me and asked what seems to be the problem. I could hear patient information while I sat in my room. HIPPA violations and unprofessional with poor precautions for sanitation. I think you’d have better care at urgent care. I would advise to avoid this private office.
