Naples Premier Sound provided an outstanding experience when I needed my GPS screen replaced on my 2019 Cadillac Escalade. Sal was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, honest, and personable. He clearly explained the process and timeline for the repair. They were incredibly accommodating of my busy schedule, allowing me to use their key drop-off and even staying late for pickup. Premier Sound installed a new stereo in my old car. All the people there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Oh and the price was very reasonable. If you need any stereo work done on your car or truck, this is the place to go.
