Had an issue with my Jandy Aqualink system and called Edgewater Pools to troubleshoot and repair. They came be the next day and Technician Dan identified the root cause of the issue and installed the new parts the next morning. Everything is working perfectly now and I was very pleased with the work! Dan did a great job explaining everything that was tested and the parts that needed to be replaced. Highly recommended and professional!
Our pool technician, Rey Gongora, provides exceptional service. He is professional, thorough, diligent and personable. He keeps our pool immaculate each and every week and he is prompt and efficient. We appreciate his punctuality and his excellent customer service. I would give him six stars if I could!
These guys are total rip offs. The techs are very lazy
Edited. Our new tech is Felix. He has our pool in tip top shape. Could not be happier. Mario is our tech and we are really happy with his work and his diligence to keep our pool in top shape. His weekly maintenance assists with ensuring with our continued happiness.
