I am very happy with the service. I can swim in my pool again.We got great service.
Michael did a great job explaining and performing repair. So far so good on the repair.
We worked with Daniel and Ram. They were as professional and efficient as it gets. We just bought our house and NPS determined properly that the pool had a severe chlorine/acid imbalance. This seemed daunting to my wife and I since around 6,000 gallons of water needed to be neutralized and drained. Mission accomplished - and there wasn’t even a trace of the drained water less than an hour later! As I write, the pool is refilling. My highest recommendation to Naples Pool Service! *****
Naples Pool is a wonderful company. I have been so pleased with their service. Very professional , polite , and very helpful far better than any company I’ve had in the past. Their techs.and Supervisors go way out of their way to make sure you’re happy. I trust them and that’s a lot to say for services in this day and age. I am so blessed to have them take care of my pool.
Michael showed up on time and ready to take care of our new filter valve. He had all parts needed with him, tested the new valve, and even rescued our overly excited dog who fell into the pool! We couldn’t be happier with Naples Pool weekly service and technical expertise in addressing other work on our aging pool equipment.
