Our community HOA just started using. Naples Pool in April. I like how they came out to evaluate everyone’s equipment before they started servicing our pool. Their support has been great & so far professional & knowledge. Steven was patient with me and very thorough. The weekly service appears to be efficient & does the basic chemical balance, cleaning etc. if something is wrong w/equipment a service call must be made.
Issues with my pool are identified and fixed promptly. I rely 100% on my services to provide a clean pool every week. I have never had a complaint.
I’m happy to say all has been taken care of. With apologies! I’ve used Naples Pool for 13 years and there was a glitch in the system. My pool looks great and I’d recommend them to anyone.
Great service and follow up. I love that they send pictures and estimates as I am in CT.
