Extremely disappointed in Naples Pool Service. Technician has left our pool dirty more times that I can count, and has also left the pool fence open multiple times (we have little kids around). Last week he left even though the pool still had lots of debris throughout. I called mgt to cancel my service; they would not refund the remaining amount for the month but assured me they would send another tech to take care of service the rest of this month. I have to say Naples pool got it right this time!! I got a real person on my initial call who knew what they were talking about and told me a technician would be out the next day and he was and he fixed my pool quickly so my company could enjoy it!!!
