Naples oxygen was so much better before Adapt Health. They call all the time, why? When I need supplies I will call them. The constant calls are not about me, they are trying to get me to reorder supplies as they get paid by Medicare. I do not think it is about customer service, I think it is about the $$$. It was so much better when Linda Holroyd was the representative.
RecommendedThis week my oxygen maker broke down. I called around 8pm and immediately got a call back with a technician, Brandon or possibly Brendon. He was amazing and after checking with his boss, he was at our house in 20 minutes. He tested the current system and found it was faulty. He replaced it and set it up. I’ve never gotten better service from any company!
I got a call from Frank in supply the first week in July that I was getting supplies. It is now September and still no supplies. I called and they said they never received a order from my Doctor. Not true!! The doctor's office sent back 3 faxes that said I have an appointment in November as their office moved and I am considered a new patient. Day before Thanksgiving late afternoon and the whole staff teamed up and got us a programmed BiPap so my son could enjoy the few days in Naples. Thanks again! 5-Stars!!!!
I just edited my review because the company is not honest. I have medical equipment paid for by insurance and they are over charging and sending the funds to collection agencies WITHOUT contacting me first. I wish I never would of chosen this company. Originally it was great and now I’m extremely disappointed.
Actually used Ft. Myers Oxygen. Same company. Quick insurance authorization and awesome customer service!
