Impossible to contact by phone. I needed a very short answer regarding equipment and no one answered. I got a response to leave a number and they would be back to me in 24 hours. Much easier to just drive to the store
Naples oxygen was so much better before Adapt Health. They call all the time, why? When I need supplies I will call them. The constant calls are not about me, they are trying to get me to reorder supplies as they get paid by Medicare. I do not think it is about customer service, I think it is about the $$$. It was so much better when Linda Holroyd was the representative.
