This should be medical fraud! So I find out that I have kidney issues from my urologist and I see that Dr. Russo (Naples Nephrology) is in my insurance network. So I tried to make an appointment with them. I called and was told that I need to come to the office to make an appointment and to go to their website to print and fill out forms to bring in.
