Call them so I could schedule an appointment for my 3 animals. The lady who answered the phone literally could not tell me if they serviced the Bonita Springs area and told me I had to get online to check. Lost my business right there when she was too lazy to tell me herself.

Wonderful experience. Professional and handled our cat with patience and care. Not visiting any other vet.
Angela and Rob were in communication with us prior to the vist for our cat Gianna and explained in detail what to expect. They arrived for the visit on time, super friendly and caring. Gave our cat the full exam with vaccines and made sure she came out of the anesthesia before leaving. Wonderful find for a mobile vet, will be using them in the future and we would highly recommend them!
Dr. West was very knowledgeable and thorough in her examination of our dog. She was kind and compassionate. Her love of animals is obvious. She’s great!
