My parents have been patients of yours for many years. About a year and a half ago my mother came to you with symptoms of a UTI and you treated her with an antibiotic. Shortly after the first treatment she came to again with the same symptoms and because of COVID and this b******* tele med crap you prescribed her another antibiotic instead of calling her into your office for an exam.
