“I give this dealer a zero. This is unacceptable. I called to cancel a simple insurance, and I was treated in the worst way. In finance, Charlie was rude, offered no solutions, and just hid behind an old number from three years ago. Absolutely disastrous.

When I leased my QX60 in 2024 it came with full complimentary service. Everything is taken care of. Brakes, tires, oil changes filters all included. Also a fresh wash. Car came back looking brand new! Naples Infinity highly recommended.
Absolutely horrible service department. On October 29, 2025, my Infiniti QX50 was repaired at Naples Infiniti after the engine under shield detached while driving, ripping off the passenger-side wheel well liner. The technician stated the failure was likely caused by missing bolts from a prior oil change approximately two weeks earlier. Based on that representation, I authorized the repair. (This proved to be false. We obtained video from the company that did the oil change. They never removed the bolts in question). I had t... read more
