I witnessed Janet up front & a patient having a discussion. The patient was upset & not understanding Janet as she tried to explain that the issues the patient was having was with her insurance & pharmacy. Working in the medical field myself I know exactly what Janet was trying to explain but the patient was not listening and got rude & tried to blame Janet for what was happening.
