Curtis has been our server several times. He remembers us everytime we come back to the Naples Grande. He is friendly, welcoming and one of the main reasons we always return.
We had a great time at happy hour with our server Curtis. Drinks were delicious, service was great, and the ambiance was classy, comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend and absolutely come again!
My first time visiting this beautiful resort and I am not disappointed. My encounter at the lobby bar was fun and upbeat. Curtis made the start of my mini-vaca delightful. He suggested great drinks and appetizers.
Kenard was extremely helpful! He happened to be available to help us two nights in a row. He remembered us from the first night. Personalized service. If you stay at the Naples Grande, eat on the sunset terrace. It’s beautiful and a very good atmosphere
We took our daughter here for our first family vacation and boy was it a wonderful choice. The accommodations were great, from the beautiful rooms, double balconies and our daughters favorite, the jacuzzi tub. We had a few glitches with our room, but as soon as we told guest services, they had someone up to fix it within the hour. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and the pool/view were breathtaking. Thank you Naples Grande for making our first of many family vacations a memorable one.
The resort is beautiful and Adrian is amazing. He was very attentive and a wonderful server!
Kenard provides the best service, nice casual setting. Great place to grab a drink.
