The hotel looks great, the restaurants, pool all very veryyyy nice! But the staff has a LOT to improve, the guest services, fronts desk and some servers are not very nice and/or helpful with the guets. I had a lot of issues during my stay which I mentioned to the hotel and they really didn’t care too much. Aside from that I think the hotel has a lot to offer and I hope the improve on their service so it can be a really GREAT experience!
We had the Bloody Mary breakfast at The Catch restaurant. When we went to the bar to make our bloody Mary’s the bartender, Dale, looked at my friend and very rudely said, “What ARE you doing?” He startled her, and then proceeded to make inappropriate comments. “If you follow the process, you won’t have a problem.” was just one. Great place and amazing service Anna-lee was the best server that I’ve had here highly recommend her very sweet and hard working.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the atmosphere of this resort hotel. Every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and kind. The pool was great! We spent our time in the adults only pool but the family pool looked amazing too and had a slide for the kids. The food and drinks were fabulous. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy and housekeeping kept us stocked with coffee and water. The spa was nice. We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday for the weekend with our entire family. The resort was excellent and very accommodating! The Catch of the Pelican for our celebratory dinner was phenomenal. From the food to the service we were all very happy. Our server, Curtis, was great...he honored my mom’s birthday and helped us celebrate all night!!

Rude rude service in the Catch!!! Dale the bartender has a very inflated opinion of himself which was not at all appreciated by anyone in our party. Shame on you for being so petty and insulting in your interpretation of fine dining and good service. Perhaps a better use of Dales’ time would be behind the scenes warming up the garnishments. They were almost as cold and unforgiving as Dale was!!!
WONERFUL PEOPLE ; WONDERFUL VIEW. WOULD LIKE TO COMPLIMENT THE TROLLEY DRIVERS FOR THEIR GREAT HOSPITALITY. ROOMS ARE AMAZING, SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND FILLED WITH ANEMITIES AND MARVELOUS VIEWS .
