Awful - Terrible - Atrocious People. Never Again, Warning to all who would rent from this company. We booked this resort prior to Hurricane Helene on September 17, 2024. We contacted Naples Florida Vacation Homes, LLC to check on the resort & staff after hurricane to make sure everyone was safe and property was still in good condition for our vacation. I received no acknowledgement of my feedback and there has been no attempt to resolve it, so I am sharing my experience for other travelers who may consider booking a rental through this company. I am very disappointed. They misrepresented themselves. I rented house for thanksgiving week. They have construction workers on site thanksgiving day at 7:30 am. Now curtains to create separation. I called and complained and they did not get back to me in a timely manner. I strongly suggest that you find another agency. I requested a reduction in price and it fell on death ears. Never use them. Poorly managed inconsiderate when they asked me to call their maintenance department for curtains to be installed...ridiculous...con... read more

The guest booked our Rovigo Vacation Rental on 10.3.2019 , we notified and made him aware of the construction that had to be taken place immediately because of a leak found in the pool. Despite our efforts we did not expect the work to be done prior to his arrival. For this reason we offered the guest a different property ( greater value, close to the beach) the guest declined and insisted he needed to stay close to his mother in Kings Lake - therefore he would choose to stay at this property.
