Ordered from Chicago and Naples Floral Design was so helpful and quick. I needed a bouquet of yellow tulips which was a special order. There were a number of other florists who either did not answer my inquiry or requested I call back (I’d prefer not to use the phone at all so this was annoying). Naples Floral Design answered, arranged the delivery, and called me back once everything was sorted. Super easy to work with and the flowers were beautiful when they arrived.
My overall experience with this service has been very stable and positive. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged in a natural style. I like that even urgent orders are handled with care and still maintain good quality. The packaging is always secure, and delivery is reliable. It’s a service I feel comfortable using repeatedly.
