The basket was thoughtfully put together and delivered timely! There was a slight hiccup with the order, but I had called and Michael had addressed the issue right away. Highly recommend!
Ordered from Chicago and Naples Floral Design was so helpful and quick. I needed a bouquet of yellow tulips which was a special order. There were a number of other florists who either did not answer my inquiry or requested I call back (I’d prefer not to use the phone at all so this was annoying). Naples Floral Design answered, arranged the delivery, and called me back once everything was sorted. Super easy to work with and the flowers were beautiful when they arrived.
