Not a good experience. I had agreed on specific flowers with a young man, and an older gentleman came over, said he heard the conversation, that he would give me what I asked for but he gave me what he wanted, not what I asked for. I didn't make a fuss, but I'm not going there again and I recommend the same for everyone else.
The bouquet was exactly as it looked in the photo! It was delivered on time. Ordering online was a breeze. I was able to write what I wanted on the card, and put in any special instructions. Thank you Naples Floral Design!
