We have been paying a monthly service plan for orthodontics for my child. We had an automatic payment setup and after changing the card through the bank the automatic payment was declined. We were notified of the declined payment and setup the new card information for future payments. They still received full payment on the day it was due but was still charged a fee of $35!

Any fee that would be charged during treatment is stated in our Office Policies, and these Office Policies are provided in print, verbally reviewed by one of our staff members, and signed by a responsible party prior to starting treatment.
