Always good service and friendly staff.
Dr. Naples and Naples Jr are both very pleasant.. I never felt rushed and they listened to all concerns. Office staff very nice.. Very happy with all of them
First, I did not appreciate being called "Hon" by the receptionist. Next, I arrived and Newsmax was on the TV. If I wasn't sick before, I was now. I declined a test, but got billed for it anyway. I won't be back. I hated Warren before I visited Naples Family Medicine. Now I find it's even more backward. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MEDICAL CARE TO THIS PLACE. Horrible.
Doctor is ok. The woman at the front desk is aggressively rude, hates her job and hates the patients. I showed up at 750 for my 8am, she arrived at 815 and before I could speak a word she informed me I wasn't special and didn't deserve special treatment. I assume special treatment means the doors being open in time for my appointment which was scheduled during business hours.
