We had been asked to install a heat recovery unit at short notice. The ductwork was proving really difficult to get hold of. We needed it next day and were just about to give up after trying several companies until we came across Naples. They couldn't have been any more helpful and said they would do what they could. by 10am the next day we had our ducting which meant we could do the job and keep our customer very happy.
