This service department has terrible communication. I took in my 2023 Durango hellcat For some issues with equipment, equipment cluster and a USB port that is out. They couldn’t give me a date on when part would be in for the USB port, but when I called the manager magically had a date of tomorrow. They couldn’t figure out anything with equipment cluster Claiming no faults codes, we’re coming up and that they would have to see it while it happens. Jhon Rodriguez-service advisor was very nice. He did a video showing me everything he was talking about which helped me understand. He made sure everything was taken care of as my daughter and I are going out of state. Everything was taken care of and we were very happy.
I don't often feel the need to write a truly bad review but I'm incredibly disappointed with this jeep service center. I contacted them yesterday shortly before they closed as I was racing to get my car there and was told someone would stick around for me to drop off and explain the issue. I got there 3 minutes after close and everyone had left. I'm in from out of town and explained that my car wasn't starting consistently and my hood latch was broken so we could give it a jump.
