Always the best service and friendly people
This service department has terrible communication. I took in my 2023 Durango hellcat For some issues with equipment, equipment cluster and a USB port that is out. They couldn’t give me a date on when part would be in for the USB port, but when I called the manager magically had a date of tomorrow. They couldn’t figure out anything with equipment cluster Claiming no faults codes, we’re coming up and that they would have to see it while it happens.
