Naples Bay Resort encompasses the perfect stay for a true Naples experience! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated our early check in request. The rooms are extremely spacious with beautiful views of the marina. The restaurants in the area are excellent. We loved the Naples bay club for the gym and spa. Just a short walk to downtown Naples, they also provide shuttle services to 5th Ave, 3rd Ave, as well as the beach! We will definitely be back!

We were excited to spend 3 nights at this resort as a family of three. We were incredibly disappointed and regret wasting our money. The location is on a busy street and the pool grounds and hotel are separated by a walk. The resort had golf carts to take guests to the pool area but we were denied use, having a 3 year old son, so we walked. No problem.
