Needed a new tire. My tire had a nice nail in it. It was a run flat so I had to replace the tire tire great price grace service. Great guy to talk to you. Highly recommend visiting Rich and the rest of the crew over at Naples Auto repair.
These guys are great - maybe the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. They serviced my 2011 BMW M3 with perfect care and was done so quickly - even changed out my hood supports and did not charge me labor. I highly recommend them.
We took our Audi A3 to Naples Auto Repair due to what appeared to be a coolant link. We left the car in their lot the night before and returned the next morning trying to get there early - we arrived at 7:30am and the shop’s hours are listed as 7:45a - 4:45p. A major auto dealership service department told me I needed a couple of significant repairs. I questioned this and took my car, once again, to Naples Auto Repair. Dave and his team put my car up on a rack, checked it out, and reported that my auto did not need either repair. They explained the situation and I felt reassured. Had a really good experience with Naples Auto Repair. We are new to Naples and we’re still finding trusted local partners to help us with basic home and auto maintenance needs. Encountered an issue with the exhaust pipes on our BMW. David squeezed me into the schedule on NYE and within 24 hours of my call to him. He quickly diagnosed the issue and informed me that it was nothing serious and was actually something that didn’t require immediate repair.
