Black mold and roaches in the apartments, the owner lied saying the apartments are sprayed once every month. No maintenance men around it’s definitely not worth paying 625 a month, they should have done a complete rebuild before making them apartments, if you ask me it was just a money grab for easy money. Since I moved in 3 years ago I have NEVER seen any inspectors come to the apartment complex, because if they were to come that place would have BEEN CLOSED DOWN!!!
Get rid of all the drug addicts living there selling drugs in front of Dollar Tree. The place is run down & needs to be tire down
There is black mold everywhere the crime rate V is ridiculous
The place has roaches and some apartments have bedbugs. The manager is constantly lying to people about things and there is raw sewage leaking from the buildings. The epitome of “Ghetto fabulous.”
