*I first would like to say- this is an individual situation. This review does not reflect Napili Point Resort itself. Just be aware they are individually owned and operated so do your research before committing. Napili Point is a beautiful location. We booked a stay through Airbnb but it was a third party that we were dealing with- Red Awning. It was horrible. They advertised the unit with A/C, but it didn’t have one. It was hot and stuffy when we arrived at 11:30pm. The bedroom was harsh white lighting with old school (not in a charming way) decor and bedding. The pull out couch was in sad condition. We left after 10minutes and found a hotel/resort nearby. Thankfully Airbnb got us our non refundable money back because Red Awning lied. Airbnb was able to see they switch... read more

"Mike Richter" was incredibly rude. Claims he is a property manager and asked my wife to take a dangerous route to the shoreline because the safer route is grassy and supposedly slippery (maybe when its raining but certainly not less then the cliffside.) As guests paying a high price to stay here his lack of aloha is the reason we wont return. Hire better staff with aloha

This was our second time to Napili Point... and it was just as amazing as the first. While it is far up to the north, you are located in such an amazing cove that has spectacular wild life. There are dozens of sea turtles and some beautiful fish. I also saw an eagle ray flying around under water and I saw 2 seperate eels. We were helped to find this place and the rooms by an amazing person. Donna Bender was the absolute best and ahe was able to make our staycation AMAZING. Thank you Napili Point and Donna Bender.
