We had DEF coolant lines busted, in sub-zero weather!! Chad was prompt, worked diligently to get us going (in the Pilot parking lot), also stayed in touch about parts and estimates!! He had us going in less than 3 hours, after the parts came in!! Overall great experience!!! Thanks Chad, it's hard to find that kind of customer service anymore!! Straight up hard worker!! 👍👍
