As a teen, I learned the trade from my father and partner, Taylor Napier. Three generations of experience is at the core of Napier’s. I'm in shock and have great gratitude for Dan Napier my roof got damaged some from the wind storm Monday and my insurance company didn't want to do diligence for me so because my fiance is a rn and works at two different hospitals and is a frontline worker has offered to fix my roof free of charge. I cannot tell you how much me and my fiance appreciate this kind hearted deed that he is doing for us in these hard times going on right now! I had at least 8 different estimates & Napier's was the most organized, actually ONLY one to get on my roof when doing my estimate. Today they showed up, did the most amazing job on a roof that had lots of hidden extra work needed. I could not be more happy with the work, professionalism, & price! During cleanup of all the tear off, they left my yard looking better than they arrived! Thank you all for a wonderful experience! My garage needed a new roof, Napiers gave me an estimate at 11:30. My new roof was completed at 4 pm, the same day. WOW what a great company, good craftsman excellent price excellant work.
Just had my roof done last week. They did a awesome job!!!! From getting the quote, the job itself and the clean up was done professionally and A+ Work. They didn't try to sell me a line of B.S. Came out measured gave me a price and didn't try to keep me hostage like other companies. If you need a roof I highly recommend Napier Home Improvement.
What a beautiful job Napiers completed on our home!! When Floyd gave us an estimate, he was patient, helpful and there was no pressure. The roofers were efficient, courteous, and even thanked us for the job. Everything was cleaned up like they were never there. The siders, John & James were absolutely the best.
