Called their office and sent an email with pertinent information regarding a case. I received no reply. I would not trust an attorney that cant be bothered by things like calls and emails.
Napierala grossly overcharged me. Most appts were with Jola Beras his paralegal 90% of the time, charged me his fee rate. He emailed me another client's personal information. Several errors on property division which I had to bring to his attention before they got corrected. He had me pay him $2,000 in advance.He billed me for several hours of time when there was little or no contact and no work done on his end..
